These Terms govern your access to and use of the loomadesign website, accounts, subscriptions, credits, AI image tools, and related services. By using the service, you agree to the terms below.
By accessing or using loomadesign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
loomadesign provides AI-powered image generation and editing tools for ecommerce sellers.
Available features may include A+ Content Design, Product Model Image, Product Scene Image, Product Retouching, Model Clothing Replacement, and Image Enhancer.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and keeping account information up to date.
Please contact us promptly if you notice unauthorized access, suspicious billing, or account compromise.
The service includes free and paid plans, and paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
If you cancel, your paid benefits continue until the current billing period ends.
Credits are consumed when you use AI tools, and the exact credit behavior depends on your plan.
Free-plan credits refresh monthly and unused free credits do not roll over to the next month.
Paid users may continue using plan-linked credits and related service access until cancellation or expiration under the applicable plan rules.
Rights in uploaded content, generated outputs, and the platform itself must be treated separately.
Your Content: you retain rights in the materials you upload.
Generated Outputs: as between you and loomadesign, you may use images generated from your inputs for commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party platform rules.
Copyright Uncertainty Disclaimer: copyright treatment for AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. We do not guarantee that generated images will qualify for copyright registration in every country, and we are not liable if third-party ecommerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok, later remove, restrict, or reject generated content because of policy changes.
Our Rights: the website, brand, code, integrations, and platform technology belong to us or our licensors. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell it as a white-label offering, or use outputs to train competing AI systems.
You may not use loomadesign for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or disruptive activity.
You may not generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content or upload inappropriate content depicting minors.
You may not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and you may not create abusive deepfakes or deceptive content.
You may not generate images that violate third-party platform policies or listing rules, and you may not resell the service as a white-label product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us during the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RuiBin Yang, loomadesign, and our service providers from claims arising out of your use of the service, uploaded content, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.
Any dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong under the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
