Billing Policy

This page explains loomadesign pricing, subscriptions, credit packs, tool costs, auto-renewal, refunds, and billing handling. If product behavior changes, the live rules on the site control.

Payment Processor and Taxes

All payments are processed by Stripe and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Stripe calculates VAT, sales tax, or GST at checkout based on your billing address.

We do not directly store full credit card details; payment handling and subscription management are provided through Stripe.

Subscription Plans

loomadesign offers a free plan and paid subscriptions that renew automatically.

Free Plan: 150 credits per month, monthly refresh, watermark on downloads, and 1 concurrent job.

Pro: $19.90/month or $198.00/year ($16.50/month equivalent), with 2,500 credits per month, no watermark, and 3 concurrent jobs.

Plus: $49.90/month or $474.00/year ($39.50/month equivalent), with 8,000 credits per month, no watermark, 10 concurrent jobs, and free AI prompt expansion.

Credit Packs and Tool Costs

Credit packs can be purchased on top of your subscription balance and tool costs follow the current live product rules.

Credit Packs: $9.90 adds 800 credits, $39.90 adds 4,000 credits, and $99.90 adds 12,000 credits. Add-on credits do not expire while the account remains active.

AI prompt expansion costs 5 credits per request. Plus subscribers can use it at no additional credit cost.

A+ Content Design costs 40 credits per request.

Product Retouching, Product Scene Image, Product Model Image, and Model Clothing Replacement cost 20 credits for 2K output and 40 credits for 4K output.

Image Enhancer currently outputs 4K by default and costs 40 credits per request.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after payment. Refund value is calculated from the remaining unused credits tied to that order period.

For annual plans refunded within 7 days, we deduct the prorated value of the days already used based on the effective monthly rate before issuing the remainder. Requests after 7 days are generally not eligible.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually settle within 5 to 10 business days.

Failed Payments, Grace Period, and Failed Tasks

Payment failures trigger a temporary protection window, and platform-side technical failures may qualify for automatic credit return.

If your account is suspended because of a failed payment, such as an expired card, we provide a 14-day grace period during which generated images remain securely retained and are not deleted.

If payment is not resolved after the 14-day grace period, the account is downgraded to the Free plan and becomes subject to the Free-plan retention rules.

Credits consumed because of a technical failure on our side are automatically returned. Credits are generally not returned for user input errors or content policy violations.

Price Changes, Invoices, and Billing Contact

Price changes are announced in advance and billing issues can be handled by email.

We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice, and updated pricing normally applies on renewal.

Invoices are typically available through Stripe email receipts. We accept major credit and debit cards.
